Berries and Peaches and More!

Colorful, Colorful Produce!

Beautiful greens at the produce vendors’ tables are making room for the vibrant colors of summer produce — the oranges, blues, deep purples, reds and yellows of peaches, berries, tomatoes and corn. Here are some of the things you can look for tomorrow…

E. Fudd & Son…corn and blackberries!
Fruitwood…corn, peaches, tomatoes, and blueberries!
J&J Farm…blueberries, blackberries, and tomatoes!
Longview…sweet crisp head lettuces (buttercrunch and romaine), summer squash, cucumbers (pickling and slicers), along with some fresh spring onions!

Of course, they’ll have more than that, so stop by each for delicious picks for your summer table!

Neil’s Sharpening Tomorrow!

Bring your knives, scissors, and garden tools, and Neil’s Sharpening Service will get them back in vegetable-slicing and hedge-pruning shape!

Reminder…The Library’s at Media Farmers Market!

Media-Upper Providence Free Library continues to have a “desk” at the Market through July while their temporary digs at the firehouse get set up! Visit their table to get prizes for the Summer Reading Challenge, to participate in the Delaware County Library Quest activity, and to pick up RTMSD Summer Reading books for grades 6-12!

Playing at the Market Tomorrow…Fishcastle!

Catherine Braik Selin and Cyril Everett Caster are Fishcastle, and they’re back at Media Farmers Market with their versatile repertoire and  instruments playing songs for all ages!
