Gluten-Free Baked Goods This Week…and Safe Canning Techniques!

Welcome, Basic Batters!

Basic Batters 8.14.13Basic Batters is a bakery dedicated to providing gluten-, dairy- and GMO-free baked goods. Their ingredients are all natural and organic. “However,” says owner Carrie Balthaser, “our most important ingredient is our customers who expect the best flavor and texture!”

Products include:

  • Cookies…Mint Chocolate Chip (made with organic mint), Chocolate Chip (taste like old-fashioned, soft-n-chewy cookies), Tropical Chip (a hint of coconut flavor), Oatmeal Cranberry (made with organic cranberries and a hint of cinnamon);
  • Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Bites (baked and made from organic pumpkin);
  • Pizza crust—yes, a 12″ pizza crust to take home to bake  (made with an Italian Tuscan spice and a hint of garlic)!
