Just a reminder that this Sunday’s Media Farmers Market is preorder pickup only! None of our vendors will have product available for retail sales. Click on the producer’s name to go to their online shop. Follow their instructions and specify pickup at the Media Farmers Market.
Vendors for May 24
Brandywine Valley Bread : Make sure you place your order before 7:49am on Wednesday for Sunday delivery. The page will close at 8am on Wednesday. Choose the “Shop All” category to add items to your cart. Make sure you choose the Media Farmers Market as your pickup location in your cart before going to the checkout page.
For Fungus Sake Make sure you specify Farmers Market Pickup on the checkout page.
Nether Providence Soap Company Make sure you select “May 24 Media Farmers Market” under shipping on the checkout screen.
Pasture Song Farm:Â Pasture Song will be attending on an every-other week schedule. Be sure to change your pickup location to the Media Farmers Market when placing items in your cart.
Robin Hill Organics : UPDATE: In shopping cart, please indicate in the “Special Instructions for Seller” that you will be picking up at the Media Farmers Market. Deadline for orders is Thursdays by 10pm.
Sharrah Orchards : Orders for Sunday must be placed by Friday at 3pm.

Please read below for instructions on how to enter the Market.
Cars:
If you are driving to the Market, now located at the Providence Friends Meetinghouse, please enter the Meetinghouse property at the designated location. The route through the property is one-way only, so please follow posted signs. There is no parking at the Market, you will remain in your car and Market volunteers will assist you with retrieving your orders. Customers will be required to wear masks at all times while at the Market, including while in their cars. Please be mindful of pedestrian traffic as volunteers will be moving about the property. Don’t forget to check below for your scheduled pickup time.
Pedestrians:
If you are walking to the Market from the neighborhood, please be mindful of car traffic. We ask that you enter the Meetinghouse property at the designated spot as indicated by posted signs. See a Market volunteer for assistance in retrieving your orders. Don’t forget to check below for your scheduled pickup time.
We are determined to keep this market a low-risk shopping experience for you, the producers, and our staff. We can’t do that without you. Your efforts to keep us all safe, healthy, and in business, your patience, the smiles behind your masks; it won’t go unnoticed! See below for the new location and guidelines for visiting the Market:
- NEW LOCATION: We will be located at the Providence Friends Meetinghouse, 105 North Providence Rd., Media. Please follow posted signs for entry and exit locations.
- TIME: Customers should be arriving to pick up their orders based on their last names according to the schedule below:
- 10am – 10:30am A – F
- 10:30am – 11am G – L
- 11am – 11:30am M – R
- 11:30am – 12noon S – Z
- MASKS: Everybody at the Market is required to wear a mask/face covering. We reserve the right to refuse entry and make other arrangements for those without face coverings. Sanitizer will be available to shoppers as well as vendors and staff.
- PAYMENTS: Prepayment is strongly encouraged, however customers may bring to the market cash or checks in envelopes, or carefully use their debit and credit cards.
You can still continue to shop with your favorite producers for shipping, retail locations, or pickup at their sites. Click on the producer’s name for their online shop.
Mediterra Olive Oil Will be attending on a first and third Sunday schedule.
