Recognized as one of Chester County’s oldest established artisan goat dairies, Shellbark Hollow Farm sits in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania and makes award-winning artisan goat cheeses from their own herd of purebred Nubian goats. Cheesemaker Pete Demchur operates this family run business, making handmade cheese on site. They’re proud to use all natural ingredients in their products, and work hard to have the milk processed and on the market in 7 days or less.

Meet our new mushroom vendor, For Fungus Sake! For Fungus Sake is a home-grown business founded by scientifically oriented naturalists that have been drawn together by their shared love of mushrooms. Their proven techniques are well-researched, efficient, and result in the highest quality mushrooms for our customers. They are not yet ready for pickups or deliveries, but we will let you know as soon as they have fresh ‘shrooms! In the meantime, make sure you follow them on their social media to get to know them!

New-Bee Ranch: You can find New-Bee’s current product list in their about section on their Facebook page. Customers can order through FB messenger, or by email at newbeeranch@gmail.com. New-Bee is currently offering several options:
- pickup service at the Farm in Phoenixville
- Drop off service 1 time per week for orders over $50, or group orders
- shipping (with the exception of fresh ferments)
Pasture Song: You can shop for meat, bulk meat options, and flowers through their website at pasturesongfarm.com. The online store is for pick up only at the farm in Pottstown, Pa.
